    The CNOOC headquarters building is located in the northwest corner of the Chaoyangmen roundabout on 

the East Second Ring Road. It is the first "carbon neutral" building of a central enterprise headquarters certified 

by the Beijing Green Exchange and has become a landmark building in the area.

Project introduction

    Maydy deployed a visitor positioning system for the CNOOC headquarters building, solving many problems 

in the building in terms of personnel location tracking, security, and efficient guidance. Security personnel 

can check the location of visitors at any time and respond quickly in case of abnormal situations, greatly 

improving the safety of the building. 

This project effectively improved the intelligent management level of the CNOOC headquarters building 

and set a new benchmark for intelligent visitor management in the industry.
